Hi, I’m Max
I’ve had the opportunity to get under the skin of different types of businesses throughout my career. Whether it’s the charity sector, the NHS, luxury retail or tech; they all face the same problems and challenges when it comes to culture, brand and people comms. It’s given me a great understanding of what different businesses need but also that the route to success to starts with human connections.
I’ve led teams and won awards in three specialisms. Employer brand, employee experience and people comms. These specialisms combine to form the basis of a great culture and I am equally passionate about all of three of them.
